Samuel Libke joined Management Guidance LLP as a law clerk in 2022 and became an attorney in 2024. His practice focuses on all aspects of labor relations law, including collective bargaining, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) matters, grievance-dispute resolution, and general counsel to employers on labor and employment issues. He also serves as a professional trustee to Taft-Hartley multiemployer benefit plans, overseeing pension, health and welfare, and apprenticeship funds.

In addition to his legal work, Mr. Libke serves as Executive Director for 501(c)(6) employer associations. In this role, he works closely with association boards of directors to implement strategic initiatives and advance organizational goals.

Mr. Libke earned his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and represented the university in the American Bar Association’s National Negotiation Competitions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University, graduating summa cum laude with a focus on finance and development.
