Management Guidance, LLP’s administration services are designed to promote the overall mission and goals of an industry association by allowing association leaders to focus on industry issues and policy decisions while the Management Guidance, LLP staff advises, develops, and implements programs to fulfill those policy objectives. Management Guidance, LLP provides guidance to associations on the procurement and maintenance of tax-exempt status, antitrust and trade regulations, and association policies and programs. Management Guidance, LLP also instructs association leadership on vital governance methods including compliance with IRS governance requirements.
Management Guidance, LLP’s administrative and meeting planning specialists have many years of experience providing ongoing general administrative, bookkeeping, recordkeeping, meeting/event planning, and member communication services to Management Guidance, LLP’s industry association clients.
