Alyson Palmer is an attorney at Management Guidance LLP, where she also serves as Director of Association Management. In her legal practice, Ms. Palmer primarily works in the areas of federal rulemaking, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proceedings, and collective bargaining.

As Director of Association Management, Ms. Palmer oversees management services for multiple 501(c)(6) trade associations, collaborating closely with Boards of Directors and committees. She provides leadership on key initiatives such as corporate governance, strategic planning, and advancing each association’s core objectives.

Prior to joining Management Guidance, Ms. Palmer practiced law at a Twin Cities firm, focusing on litigation and appellate matters across aviation, commercial, and employment law. Ms. Palmer earned her J.D., cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and her B.A., cum laude from Lawrence University. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota state and federal courts.
